I am an international educator located at the intersection of innovation, creativity and passion – I look forward to meeting you there!

I have been teaching for 20 years in 7 countries, located in 4 continents.  I am passionate about finding a significant opportunity to make a positive change wherever I am working.  I enjoy learning more about the challenges and triumphs in education and believe in sharing ideas in order to deepen understanding.

This is the home for my thoughts and ideas on innovation in education.  I hope to use this as a gathering place for all the ideas in my head and a way of connecting with others with a passion for education and learning. Thanks for stopping in – I hope you find it useful and will add your voice to the conversation! I really look forward to hearing from you!  If you have any questions along the way, let me know!

    1. Dear Sonya,
I love your visuals of ATL. I am a French speaker and I am wondering if you would be willing to share the template with me and I can translate it in French for you and send it to you and use it in my class.
      Kind Regards,

  1. Kia ora Sonya, I had no idea that you were putting our chat on the net but it was great to see it today. Thank you for the inspiring words and your absolute passion. I look forward to meeting with you one day and talking more about our passions for children and learning.

Really enjoy reading your blog – inspires me with ideas in the classroom. I am sharing your blog link with my readers through my own blog – http://www.teachertraks.in
Would you be okay answering some of my readers questions regarding IB – either through email or a guest post?
Thanks in advance and keep inspiring!
